Frequently Asked Questions:
Q.Will there be female staff on the shoot? :
Yes. The Hair Stylist/Makeup artist and the studio assistant are both female.
Q.Are there private changing facilities available at the studio? :
Yes. We have a bathroom/changing area
Q.I have never done anything like this before and am nervous?:
Most people that do this for the first time feel a bit nervous. It’s natural and Theresa and myself are used to it. We work in a very relaxed and fun environment. We play music and help you all the way along from choice of outfits to posing. We make sure we only emphasise the parts of your body that you want to show and hide those that you don’t.
Q.Can I bring someone along with me?:
Of course: You are welcome to bring someone with you on the shoot for moral support but they due to space restrictions they are not allowed in the studio during the shoot :)) (Don’t forget you also get a glass of bubbly :))
Q.Is the photographer an experienced professional?:
Yes. I have been a photographer all my working life along with my Wife (Theresa) whom has been a photographer for a decade plus. Not only am experienced but I have rekindled my passion for photography by now doing boudoir. Helping empowering and showing how beautiful you really are! The results will speak for themselves.
Q: What kind of outfits do I bring? :
It is always best to bring 4 or 5 outfits. Try keeping them different styles and colours. Black, red, cream and multicoloured underwear photographs really well. If possible, bring some two pieces as well as basques and dressing gowns. Oversized shirts can also look very sexy in photographs but upon booking we will send you a guide on what to bring.
Q: I’m a plus size, what do I wear? :
We would recommend one pieces rather that a 2 piece. Perhaps a body suit or even some basques. Oversize shirts look amazing as well as dressing gowns. Don’t worry we have lots of material to hide the bits some women don’t want to be on show.
Q: Will my images appear on Social Media? :
We only use images that people have given us permission to use. We appreciate that ladies might have certain jobs that would put them in a vulnerable position if we posted their images. So, we always ask first.
